The rewards program is free of charge to join. You automatically join once you register your details on our website. Your email address will be used to ensure you get points for your purchases, and you can access your information on your points using your login details on our website.
You earn 10 points for each pound spent. For every 200 points, you get a pound off towards your next purchase. You also earn 5 points when you register as a customer during checkout.
Yes, you will earn points on all purchases made online, but not on promotional offers, shipping or taxes (if applicable to products).
Points are not earned on shipping cost tax, shipping and the purchase amount made with a reward voucher. You will not earn points when we do promotions and or offers.

You can redeem your points online. To redeem online, enter the number of points you wish to use in the “Apply Points” field. Please note that points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with offers and or money off or discount promotions or coupons.

Yes, points balance will carry over into the next month.
No, your points will remain for as long as you’re registered on our website. You will cease to use your points if your account is deactivated.
No, you can partially redeem your points, provided you’ve earned over 200 points.
For example; if you have earned 300 points, you can only use 200 points towards a purchase, leaving you with 100 points as your balance.
