Cancellations
You can cancel or amend any order placed with shoresofafrica.com, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, we ask that you wait until it is delivered to you before cancelling. You can return the order to Shores of Africa for a refund. Your order can be returned to:

(Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
Shores of Africa Ltd. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.
Your order can be cancelled, and monies refunded in full, by emailing orders@shoresofafrica.com or writing to the address above, within 14 days after the day on which the goods were received. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS
Upon receipt of an order, if any item is not in good condition, please notify us at orders@shoresofafrica.com . This must be done as soon as possible if you wish to make a claim. When returning an item, for your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item was delivered to you, damaged.
For more information on your right to withdraw from purchase within the seven-day cooling-off period, more information is available at the Department of Trade and Industry’s website.
